In recent years, it has been possible to recognize the Waterkant Festival as a training event. This means that all employees can submit their participation in the Waterkant Festival 2024 as educational leave. Educational leave is paid leave for further professional training. All employees have a legal entitlement to this - and it is granted in addition to the regular leave entitlement.
