We are looking for new crew members for the 2026 season who are keen to help us organise an unforgettable Waterkant Summer in front of and behind the scenes! As a crew member you will become part of our wild team and help to make the festival, the exhibition and our community events as great as possible. We are happy if you want to be part of it!

Are you a people person and have a talent for organization?
There is a lot to do for the festival on June 18–19, 2026:
Whether it's stage management, technical support, speaker support, bar operations, waste management or feel-good – we have the right job for every superpower.
Apply to join the festival team if you're keen to be there on both days and experience Schleswig-Holstein's biggest future festival up close, both in front of and behind the scenes!
Exhibition Crew_
Working with the best view of the fjord
Sat & Sun // June–September
Are you communicative, structured, and love introducing people to new innovations, and can you also use a coffee machine – or would you like to learn?
Then join the exhibition team and work Saturdays and Sundays from June to September at the most beautiful spot on the fjord!
