We are looking for new crew members for the 2025 season who are keen to help us organise an unforgettable Waterkant Summer in front of and behind the scenes! As a crew member you will become part of our wild team and help to make the festival, the exhibition and our community events as great as possible. We are happy if you want to be part of it!

Whether it's stage management, technical support, speaker support, bar operation, waste management or feel-good - we have the right job for every superpower.
Apply to join the festival team if you want to be there on both days and experience Schleswig-Holstein's biggest festival of the future up close, both in front of and behind the scenes!

Are you communicative, structured and love to introduce people to new innovations and can also handle a coffee machine - or would you like to learn?
Then join the exhibition team and work Saturdays & Sundays from June to September at the most beautiful place on the Kieler Förde!
