We are looking for people who want to join us in creating an unforgettable Waterkant Summer 2023. Do you like people, innovation and unconventional solutions? Then prick up your ears - there is a lot to do!
You can tackle, know a hammer from a brush, have no problem with dirty hands and are creative? Help us make the festival venue something special and create a unique backdrop! Construction starts in April 2023.
Are you a real people-pleaser, an organisational talent and a jack-of-all-trades? There is a lot to do at the festival: technical support, speaker support, bar operation, waste management, feel good and so on. You should be available full time from 14-16 June.
Do you love to introduce people to new innovations and do you know how to use a coffee machine? Then join the exhibition team and work from June to September at the most beautiful place on the fjord!

As a crew member you will be part of our wild team and help to make the festival and exhibition as great as possible. We are happy if you want to be part of it!
The best way to get to the Waterkant area is by bus (Lines 12 & 13 to Schusterkrug) or by Bike (Holtenauer Str. Out of town to the canal ferry and then following our signs).
