We were in Hamburg the other day and got a little tour of Foodlab. Foodlab is the place of dreams for foodies. Coworking space, production kitchen and pop-up restaurant - all united under one roof. Try out your ideas, test your gastronomy concept, get to know other foodies... The Foodlab describes itself as a playground where everyone has their right to exist and supports you with your idea as host, sparring partner and with lots of motivation and commitment! And even for foodies without a startup, it's worth a trip. Every four weeks, the Pop Up Kitchen changes and you can also get all kinds of good stuff in the café.
